Starbucks

Just like all the other reviews, the constant inconsistency is absolutely wild. I never know when they’re going to be open- They seem to just open whenever they want and close whenever they choose as well. Went there one day around 5:00, CLOSED even though the hours say “temporary new hours 6:00”. I’m not sure how often those temporary hours keep changing. Makes no sense. Also when I can actually get a drink from here it’s inconsistent. I order the same off the menu drink with no modifications yet it seems each time I order it, It’s different. That does not add up to me. It’s extremely sad to see a new business that the Waukegan area was so excited for begin to fail.

The customer service here is so trash... Every single time I come here I'm waiting 20 minutes for one drink, and there was only three cars in front of me this time.... And if I go inside, they act like they don't see me. It's Starbucks like this that make ppl wonder if all the Starbucks are going down the drain As far as service.

This is the Starbucks in the target and I love it. It is so clean so delicious. The drinks are great. They always make them phenomenal. I have never had a better drink in my life and I will not be going to any other Starbucks unless it's inside of the target in Waukegan!

I went to the Starbucks and got my coffee and as soon as I started drinking the coffee, I felt something in my mouth. I thought it was the caramel crunch topping I asked for, but when I bit down, I bit into a Bee and it ended up stinging my tongue slightly even tho it was dead. Worst experience ever. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
